Each park provides
- Secure parking with geofence verification through the SOC.
- Multi-temperature warehousing for staging and cross-docking, including cold chain.
- Driver welfare: rest facilities, catering, sanitation and basic clinic provision.
- Vehicle workshops anchoring scheduled maintenance discipline and breakdown response.
- LCNG retail stations anchoring the heavy-duty fleet transition to cleaner natural gas.

Parks are not standalone real estate: SOC-monitored trucks rest, refuel and reload under geofence verification, drivers log structured rest cadences, and workshops anchor the group’s vehicle reliability programme.
