The Pre-Trip Inspection App
No monitored trip starts without it. The dispatcher scans the driver’s TCID, captures a fresh facial match against the Registry biometric record, verifies vehicle condition, and the SOC operator approves departure. Every approved trip writes to the driver’s permanent operating history.

The SOC’s AI engine recognises behavioural patterns, recurring harsh braking, distraction flags, fatigue cues, and recommends targeted retraining at the True Chain Institute, closing the loop between monitoring and professional development.
